The other day I saw “Phone Bill” in the To Do section of my Planner. I couldn’t remember Bill’s last name so I didn’t know who to call. I opened my Contacts and searched for Bill. None of the them seemed right. I checked all of my emails for Bill, none of them seemed right either. Then I thought that the person I should call was listed in my database as William and I wrote Bill instead. So I searched using William but still got no hits. I had wasted at least an hour and still could not remember who to call.

When my wife got home later that day she asked me if I had remembered to pay the Phone Bill.
